Happy St. Patrick’s Day, Courageous Ones!

In honor of this day where green is everyone’s color of choice, I want to share with you an amazingly delicious green tea oatmeal. I know, that’s the face I made, too. Trust me, though, it’s super good and full of wholesome, healing ingredients.

What you need:
1/2 C rolled oats (I use the gluten-free kind.)
1 T chia seeds
1 T vanilla protein powder OR 1 T almond flour
1 t matcha tea powder
1/2 t OR 1 t vanilla (if you used vanilla protein, just use the 1/2 t, otherwise, use 1)
1 C milk of your choice
1 t maple syrup or honey, optional

What you do:

1. Put all ingredients into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
2. Shake the bejeezus out of it for 30-45 second.
3. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
4. Serve with berries, walnuts, a sprinkling of high quality dark chocolate chips, or whatever else sounds good to your body and soul!
