Never done yoga? That’s OK.

Think you can’t do yoga?  I promise, if you can breathe, you can do yoga. 

I design thoughtful practices for all levels of yoga experience and ability. The idea isn’t to force your body into shapes, but to FIND your body’s natural shape and way of moving.  I teach because I love helping people learn about themselves. I believe that when we can start each day from a place of understanding and appreciating ourselves, everything changes.

Gentle Yoga with Beth

Fridays | 9:30am-10:45am

In this class, you’ll be guided through gentle flow utilizing a variety of tools. We’ll roll on the floor with therapy balls, learn new things, hear good music, and have a lot of fun.
