Thai for Two: A Workshop for Couples

Do you want to connect with the healing power in your own hands?

Do you want to strengthen your relationships?

During this fun workshop with Beth Knudson and Brian Fegley, you’ll learn how to apply some simple Vedic Thai Yoga techniques to help relieve tension and invite relaxation. We’ll talk about how your touch affects the energy of the body, as well as the anatomy. Anyone can do this. No special skills or experience are required.

Our hands are an extension of our hearts. They can build, destroy, create, and heal. It is our natural tendency to comfort each other with touch. You can learn to connect more deeply with your partner through your own natural ability to encourage healing with just a few simple techniques.

This workshop will also help you create a more open and trusting relationship with your partner by helping you pay attention to your own thoughts, feelings, and vibrations, as well as your partner’s.

Bring your spouse, life partner, or significant other. Whatever you call it, just bring someone you love. Oh, and a yoga mat and a willingness to open and learn.
