FREE Gift: 3 Essential Tools for Eating with Love

Making Peace with Your Body and Food

Saturday, january 26, 2019, 1:00-4:00pm

Through this workshop, you will begin to explore the root causes of what may be interfering with you having a healthy relationship with food and your body. You will learn about the intuitive eating model to connect you back to your own hunger and satiety while using a gentle flow to pay attention to your relationship with your breath, movement, and sensations. You’ll roll on the floor with therapy balls, move joyfully, hear good music, and have fun. Our focus will be on kindness, acceptance, and forgiveness, concentrating on what’s inside and outside the boundary of our skin. This workshop is open to all levels and bodies. This workshop is in collaboration with my teaching partner, Dana Snook

Yoga Therapy for Depression

Thursdays, January 3, 10, 24, 31, 2019, 6:00-7:30pm

Are you feeling down in the dumps? Got the winter blues? Or does it feel deeper than that?

As humans, we are gifted with the ability to feel. Our emotions allow us to fully experience everything that happens in our lives. Sometimes, though, we get stuck in patterns that don’t serve us well. When we feel caught in a dark and paralyzing place, we call that Depression. It can create a sense of isolation and disembodiment that leaves us feeling hopeless and powerless.

Yoga Therapy can help illuminate the darkness.

Yoga Therapy can give you the tools you need to live comfortably in your body, approach your feelings in a conscious way, and to identify un-useful thought patterns.

This 4-week series will include practices designed not only to lift your spirits, but to keep you conscious and aware of your thoughts, feeling, and beliefs.

The content of this workshop is designed as a series of classes. No drop-ins. No refunds for missed classes.
